The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has unveiled The VIP Terminal Boulevard, a landmark development created to meet the rising demand for aviation-related services and luxury experiences in the emirate.

Stretching 769 metres and spanning 204,000 square metres, the boulevard will feature 16 premium buildings, offering state-of-the-art facilities and high-end retail outlets. Strategically positioned next to the VIP Terminal, which continues to see record growth in business aviation movements, the project forms a key part of MBRAH’s integrated aviation ecosystem. Delivery will take place in phases, beginning in 2026.

Construction has already commenced on Aviation One, a six-storey building that combines modern architecture with advanced layouts, reflecting MBRAH’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, said:

He added that The VIP Terminal Boulevard will further strengthen Dubai’s position as a premier aviation hub, creating opportunities for global aerospace companies and luxury brands to expand in the region.

MBRAH, located within Dubai South, serves as a free-zone destination for leading airlines, private jet operators, MROs, and aerospace industries. It also hosts maintenance centres, training institutions, and education campuses, reinforcing Dubai’s vision of becoming a world-class aviation and aerospace hub.
