Mashreq, a leading financial institution in the MENA region, has announced its adoption of SAP Fieldglass to enhance the management of its external workforce and services. As the first financial institution in the UAE to implement a managed service provider (MSP) model powered by SAP Fieldglass, Mashreq continues to demonstrate its commitment to industry-first innovations. The end-to-end system provides greater transparency and control at every stage, aligning with the bank’s financial, regulatory, and customer service objectives.
