The World Environment Day is an international effort led by the United Nations Environment Programme held every June 5 to raise awareness on safeguarding nature and promote sustainable environmental practices..

Imdaad organized a series of interactive activities at its stand in addition to Khaddour, the fun-loving leaf character and the mascot of its flagship community program 'Be'ati'. During the event, Khaddour entertained the children and engaged them in environmentally friendly actions such as recycling as part of one's daily practice. A puzzle board on display screen at Imdaad's stand likewise captured the kids's attention.

' Be'ati' is one of Imdaad's significant corporate social responsibility efforts, which intends to spread out awareness and initiate action on conserving natural resources through different activities such as recycling, waste segregation, paperless transactions, energy preservation, tree planting, among others.
