Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) signed a Memorandum of Comprehending (MoU) with Al Maktoum University of Higher Education in Scotland to enhance the worths of mutual understanding and multiculturalism in their students, professor, and academicians. The MoU remains in line with the UAE government's method to develop an enthusiastic generation with higher sense of duty and self-esteem and that can shaping the nation's future. The agreement was authorized by Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, Chancellor of HBMSU, and H.E. Mirza Al Sayegh, Director General, Office of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Al Maktoum University Board of Directors, in HBMSU university in the existence of senior authorities from both sides.

The new strategic partnership aims to promote open debates and discussions on issues of usual passion such as knowledge improvement, scientific research, and instructional development to fulfill the demands of the 21st century. Both sides consented to enhance investment in training in vital areas such as multiculturalism, globalization and contemporary problems, values and regulation, Islamic economic climate and money, gender and development, among others that offer the goals of UAE Vision 2021.

Dr. Al Awar said HBMSU values its latest partnership with Al Maktoum University of Higher Education, a prominent scientific and knowledge organization which instructs resistance and serene coexistence through its academic and training programs in multiculturalism. He worried that HBMSU is fully committed to providing its scholars with the required knowledge to enable them to be an excellent design in terms of respecting other people's beliefs and methods in accordance with the UAE's efforts to boost cultural resistance and humanitarian communication amongst peoples in the world.

We explore this calculated MoU with self-confidence and positive outlook as it focuses on vital areas to establish a strong and diversified economic situation and make sure a safe and just culture based on multiculturalism, globalization, values, law, Islamic economic situation, and advancement. We restore our dedication to work together with the College and other international organizations under the smart advice of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and President of the University, to develop the capacities of our people by purchasing their talents and promoting innovation and leadership."

The MoU is the cornerstone for building a solid foundation for more powerful teamwork and coordination amongst stakeholders, including HBMSU learners. Select HBMSU learners who fulfill the option criteria defined by the College will join the Academic Training and Summertime School programs at Al-Maktoum University. The two parties will certainly be focusing on means to advertise a culture of excellence and clinical research amongst learners, faculty members, professionals and academicians, as well as urge cooperation and working carefully together in an environment for innovation to deal with the most important problems encountering the world today.
