Habib Bank Limited (HBL) UAE has opened its brand-new Abu Dhabi Main Branch at the Landmark Tower on Corniche Road in Abu Dhabi. The branch was inaugurated by H.E. Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, Mr. Sultan Ali Allana, Chairman of HBL, Mr. Mubashar Maqbool, Country Manager-- UAE, and Mr. Naveed Asghar, Chief Marketing Officer, HBL, in addition to other dignitaries from the Emirates.

Speaking on the celebration of launch, H.E. Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, stated, "It is motivating to see HBL opening branches at vibrant and dynamic places in the capital of UAE. With development and digital channels, varied variety of equipments and banking options, the future role of the branch and service centers is likely to broaden in the UAE. We want HBL success in their future strategies in the UAE, especially for the Retail and Small Business segments, which are of great importance from cultural and social development of the country.".

HBL was one of the first global banks to release operations in the United Arab Emirates, in 1967.
