France will return to Beautyworld Dubai 2026 with 47 companies showcasing expertise across the beauty industry, including ingredients, formulation, skincare, packaging and fragrance.

Taking place from October 6 to 8, the French Pavilion, organised by Business France, will feature 18 companies exhibiting at the event for the first time. The pavilion will also introduce “The French Art of Scent”, a new showcase dedicated to French perfumery.

The 2026 edition of Beautyworld Dubai will also mark the exhibition's 30th anniversary.

French beauty expertise on display

The French delegation will represent a broad cross-section of the country's beauty ecosystem, ranging from manufacturers and suppliers to finished-product brands.

Grasse Expertise will return for the third consecutive year with six companies, while regional delegations from Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Hauts-de-France and Normandy will also participate.

The expanded presence comes as French beauty companies explore opportunities in Gulf markets, where demand spans premium fragrances, skincare, wellness and other specialised beauty products.

New fragrance showcase

A key feature of the French Pavilion will be The French Art of Scent, which will bring together 10 French perfume houses in a dedicated space.

The showcase is designed to give buyers, distributors and other industry professionals a focused opportunity to discover French niche and contemporary perfumery.

The participating companies include Galbee Paris, Parfums MDCI, Famille Grasse Parfums, Maison Berliner, LOP, Mozaika, Zenith Parfums Paris, Maison Minalys, YSB and Empreinte d'effluves.

The initiative highlights France's long-standing perfume-making heritage while introducing buyers to independent and emerging fragrance houses.

Gulf market creates opportunities

The Gulf has become an important market for international beauty companies, supported by consumer demand for premium fragrances, skincare, wellness products and differentiated beauty concepts.

The UAE also serves as a regional hub for retail, distribution and business development, while Saudi Arabia's large consumer market presents additional opportunities for international brands.

For French companies, these markets create potential opportunities across the wider beauty value chain, including ingredients, formulation, packaging, cosmetics and fragrance.

Beautyworld Dubai will provide exhibitors with an opportunity to meet buyers and distributors, assess market demand and explore potential partnerships across the region.

Business France expands regional engagement

Jean-Philippe Arvert, Director of Business France Near & Middle East, said the Gulf's demand for new brands and premium fragrances was creating opportunities for French companies across the beauty sector.

He said Business France's role extends beyond showcasing French expertise and includes helping companies understand regional markets, connect with potential partners and establish longer-term business relationships.

The French exhibitors will also be available through the Business France Marketplace, allowing international buyers to explore their products and identify potential suppliers before, during and after Beautyworld Dubai 2026.

The initiative forms part of Business France's wider efforts to support French beauty companies seeking to expand their presence across Middle Eastern markets.
