Globant and Infobip Announce Strategic Partnership to Accelerate AI-Powered Enterprise Engagement Across MENA

Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a digitally native company specializing in reinventing businesses through advanced technology solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Infobip, a global leader in omnichannel communications, to deliver next-generation AI-powered conversational engagement for enterprises across the MENA region.

The collaboration merges Globant’s expertise in AI-driven digital transformation with Infobip’s award-winning omnichannel communications platform, enabling organizations to create smarter, more secure, and personalized customer experiences at scale.

At the core of this partnership is the integration of Globant’s generative AI and predictive analytics capabilities with Infobip’s Conversational Experience Orchestration Platform (CXOP), powered by Agentic AI. Together, the solutions aim to accelerate digital innovation, streamline customer journeys, and strengthen enterprise growth and loyalty through trusted, omnichannel engagement.
