Ghanem raises USD 7.1 million from Al-Romaih Group to expand fractional ownership solutions in Saudi real estate
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Ghanem, a digital real estate platform focused on fractional ownership, has secured USD 7.1 million in new funding from Al-Romaih Group, one of the Kingdom’s leading investment houses with strong expertise in both real estate and financial markets.
The investment marks a major milestone for Ghanem as it aims to broaden access to innovative property investment opportunities across Saudi Arabia. By offering transparency, flexibility, and reduced entry barriers, the platform enables a wider range of investors—both individuals and institutions—to participate in the real estate market.
Ghanem currently operates under the Regulatory Sandbox of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), a framework that enhances investor trust and reinforces the company’s adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
