The investment marks a major milestone for Ghanem as it aims to broaden access to innovative property investment opportunities across Saudi Arabia. Ghanem currently operates under the Regulatory Sandbox of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), a framework that enhances investor trust and reinforces the company’s adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
