GEMS Student Claims Champion Title at CBSE National Swimming Meet

Aakash Deep Singh, a 13-year-old grade 8 student from The Centuries School, Dubai won five gold medals at the CBSE National Swimming Championship, held at Rishikul Vidyapeeth School Sonepath, India, held last month.

The CBSE National Swimming Championship is one of the most prestigious meets acknowledged by the Ministry of Young People Matters & Sports, Government of India. The satisfy is held annually in India permitting young gifted swimmers studying in CBSE educational program colleges around the world to display their skills and abilities.

Honored the title of Individual Champ, Akash Deep won laurels for the 50 metres, 100 metres Backstroke, 100 metres, 200 metres Freestyle and in the Aquathlon for kids in the under 14 age category.
