FPT named Sitecore’s first global partner under Global Elite reseller program

Global IT corporation FPT has been appointed as the inaugural Global Elite Reseller under Sitecore’s newly launched Global Elite Reseller Program, marking a significant expansion of the companies’ long-standing partnership.

Announced in Hanoi, the appointment follows the launch of SitecoreAI, Sitecore’s next-generation digital experience platform that places artificial intelligence at the core of marketing. The platform unifies content, data and personalization within a composable ecosystem designed to help organizations engage audiences more effectively across digital channels.

Under the three-year agreement, FPT will hold exclusive reseller rights for SitecoreAI in Vietnam and non-exclusive rights across selected markets in Asia and the Middle East. The designation recognises FPT’s leadership and track record within Sitecore’s global partner ecosystem, as well as its ability to deliver large-scale digital transformation projects.

As a Global Elite Reseller, FPT will advise, implement and support digital customer experience solutions for enterprise clients, delivering the full suite of SitecoreAI capabilities. These include content management, digital asset management, conversion optimization and AI-powered experience orchestration through Sitecore’s Agentic Studio. Sitecore will provide ongoing support through regional sales collaboration, partner enablement initiatives, and technical and commercial training to accelerate deployment and improve time to value.

Sitecore said the Global Elite Reseller Program complements its existing direct, alliance and distributor models, creating a partner-first ecosystem that combines global innovation with strong local market expertise and accountability.

Nguyen Khai Hoan, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of FPT Software, said the expanded partnership aims to make AI-powered digital experiences more accessible worldwide. He noted that combining Sitecore’s technology with FPT’s delivery capabilities will help clients adopt AI with confidence, accelerate digital transformation initiatives and compete in an experience-driven economy.

Dave Tilbury, Chief Operating Officer at Sitecore, said the demand for platforms that enable marketers to deliver consistent, personalised digital experiences at scale continues to grow in the AI era. He added that the Global Elite Reseller Program, starting with FPT in Vietnam, is designed to extend SitecoreAI into high-growth markets through partners with strong local execution capabilities.

The agreement builds on nearly a decade of collaboration between FPT and Sitecore, which began in 2015. As a Sitecore Platinum Partner in Asia-Pacific, FPT has played a key role in implementing and modernising platforms such as XM Cloud and OrderCloud, while also developing industry accelerators including FPT ON.E, an AI-enabled e-commerce solution built on Sitecore OrderCloud.
