ENOC Honours Employees' Competence, Commitment, Achievements at Awards Ceremony

Employees of the ENOC Group were recently identified at the Group's yearly award event for their recognized performance, initiative and dedication. Workers were also acknowledged for championing the Group's core values and for accomplishments that have received honor from external events.

Gone To by Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group Chief Executive Officer of ENOC, together with ENOC's senior execs, an overall of 110 staff members were honoured for their lengthy work service with the group and 15 staff members were granted for their excellence in performance and engagement.

The ENOC Elite Award assesses staff members on five criteria: performance and achievement, initiative, co-operation with others, participation and duty and supervisory capacities. Entries are examined by an independent and outside analysis panel, where workers show their capacity to get over difficulties, contribute to boosting performance and quality, innovate to create profits, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
