ENOC Group to Offer Over 100 Vacancies at Careers UAE 2018

ENOC Group will offer over 100 jobs throughout numerous functions - underlining its commitment of achieving HALF Emiratisation by 2021 and encouraging young Nationals - during Careers UAE 2018, to be held between March 13 and 15, at the Dubai World Trade Center, Hall 2, Booth No. B2-1.

Enhancing essential skills and competencies, the Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is a six-month rotational program developed to subject grads to the whole worth chain of ENOC permitting them a deep understanding of the Group's numerous business segments. The Technical Training Program (TTP was introduced in 2016, in cooperation with the Higher Colleges of Innovation (HCT)) for Emiratis to build their technical competencies.

ENOC will showcase training training programs through Increased and Digital Fact for the first time at Careers UAE, to promote efficient discovering and advancement techniques.

Once AR & VR are incorporated within the programmes, students will certainly have access to different prototypes and versions for training purposes, from any tool any time. In addition, these programmes will be offered to ENOC employees in Saudi, Morocco and Djibouti.

ENOC Group also supports the advancement of national ability in the power market through their ENOC Energy Scholarship programme to supply UAE National pupils a chance to seek a master's degree (MSc) in Power at Heriot Watt University, Dubai. The scholarship will certainly be made available to ENOC staff members and external UAE Nationals that are presently in the final year of seeking their undergraduate degree in engineering.

In 2017, ENOC recruited 152 UAE Nationals, from which 70 were from Occupations UAE 2017 for different positions consisting of management, procedures, sales, customer support, finance, accountancy, EHSQ, legal, audit, and numerous technological functions.
