Emerson Completes Paradigm Acquisition

Emerson (NYSE: EMR) introduced it has completed the acquisition of Paradigm , a leading company of software application solutions to the oil and gas industry.

The combination of Standard with Emerson's Roxar software application business produces a comprehensive Expedition & Production (E&P) software application profile offering.
