Emaar launches sale of luxury residences in two new towers in Dubai Creek Harbour
Following the overwhelming investor response to the launch of the first residential tower in Dubai Creek Harbour at The Lagoons, a joint venture development by Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, two additional luxury towers with over 240 residences are being launched at a sales event on November 15, 2014, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha.
A part of the six-tower Dubai Creek Residences cluster – the first phase of Dubai Creek Harbour at The Lagoons – the two residential towers are located on the northern front lining the waterfront promenade offering spectacular views of the Dubai Creek and the cityscape. Investors who make a down payment of 30 per cent of the total value of the property and maintain ownership until hand-over is completed will be offered preferred access and the opportunity to own homes, subject to conditions, through this new customer-oriented initiative. Interested investors and end-users can also skip the line and register for the programme even on the day of the launch. ‘Skip the line’ avoids the need for waiting in the regular queues for property purchases or early registrations.
