Emaar Hospitality Group partners with Claviger to promote hotel sales in the GCC region
Claviger will hold its strong market presence across the GCC region to promote the hotels with a focus on families and corporate guests

Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality and leisure business of Emaar Properties PJSC has partnered with Claviger, the leading sales representation group in the region in order to drive hotel room sales across the GCC region.

The sales representation agreement between Emaar hospitality group and Claviger covers the promotion of hotels under the premium luxury brand Address Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts as well as Armani Hotel Dubai.

Claviger will hold its strong market presence across the GCC region to promote the hotels with a focus on families and corporate guests. The company will emphasize the luxurious features and amenities offered by Emaar Hospitality Group’s hotels in Dubai to individuals having high net worth and corporate houses. Claviger will also conduct roadshows, customer events as well as highlighting Emaar Hospitality Group’s Hotels at specialized trade shows.

According to Claviger research, there are 33% of tourists in the region traveling for leisure, 24% for business and over 36% for visiting family and friends. Hence, there is a clear opportunity to drive sales across all hotels of Emaar Hospitality Group in Dubai. 

The portfolio under Address Hotels + Resorts in Dubai include Address Downtown, Address Boulevard, Address Dubai Mall and Palace Downtown – all are in Downtown Dubai, the liveliest destination in Dubai as well as Address Dubai Marina and Address Montgomerie. Claviger will also promote the opening soon Address Fountain Views and Address Sky View with bookings for two hotels already open. 

Vida Hotels and Resorts has two operational hotels – Vida Downtown and Manzil Downtown, both in Downtown as well. Armani Hotel Dubai is located in the iconic Burj Khalifa.
