Azizi Developments extends partnership with Finpower Aircon for advanced HVAC solutions

Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has announced an extension of its partnership with Finpower Aircon L.L.C, a prominent UAE-based provider of advanced HVAC systems. Under the renewed agreement, Finpower will supply Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) across all of Azizi’s projects in the country.

Founded in 2012, Finpower Aircon is recognized for its durable and energy-efficient solutions. Its FCUs are designed to deliver optimal cooling performance while reducing energy consumption, supporting both sustainability and comfort in large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Azizi Milan: A flagship sustainable community

The extended partnership aligns with Azizi’s ambitious development, Azizi Milan, a master-planned community inspired by Italian culture, fashion, and sustainability. Valued at over AED 75 billion and spanning more than 40 million sq. ft. in gross floor area, Azizi Milan will be one of the UAE’s largest mixed-use communities.

Planned to house a population of 144,000, including 800 hotel keys, the community will feature residential projects, retail districts, schools, nurseries, wellness facilities, parks, luxury hotels, and a sprawling mall. Azizi Milan has been designed with carbon-conscious practices at its core. Every building will feature landscaped rooftop gardens, while podiums and open spaces will be planted with greenery. Residents will enjoy infinity pools framed by lush landscaping, scenic views from panoramic elevators, and access to sports courts, fountains, and community amenities.
