Dugasta Properties has unveiled two residential projects in Dubai at the 22nd International Property Show (IPS) 2026, as demand for larger homes continues to grow among mid-market buyers.

The Dubai-based developer launched Al Haseen 6 in Dubai Industrial City and Garden Living in Liwan, adding 456 residential units to its portfolio. The projects were unveiled by Bollywood actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood alongside Dugasta Properties Founder and Chairman Tauseef Khan.

Focus on larger mid-market homes

Dugasta Properties said the launches come as buyers increasingly show interest in spacious one-bedroom and larger residences, while average property investment ticket sizes have also increased over the past six months.

The developer said the projects are designed to address demand for homes that combine space, practical amenities and accessible payment structures.

“The property sector has shown us that true value is built on trust and security,” said Tauseef Khan, Founder and Chairman of Dugasta Properties. “The positive response we received at the event reflects what buyers are looking for from developers today. Buyers are looking for comfortable and practical homes, better amenities and payment structures that make ownership manageable over the long term.”

Two projects add 456 homes

Al Haseen 6 in Dubai Industrial City will comprise 287 units and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.

Garden Living in Liwan will add another 169 units and is tentatively scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. The development will feature amenities aimed at supporting everyday residential needs.

Together, the projects expand Dugasta Properties’ presence in Dubai’s mid-market residential segment.

India leads buyer interest

According to Dugasta Properties, India accounts for 30 per cent of buyer interest in its projects, followed by the UK, Pakistan and the UAE.

The developer said the buyer profile reflects continued interest from international markets in Dubai’s residential property sector, particularly for homes positioned between affordability and premium living.

Sonu Sood said the projects reflected the needs of families seeking quality, comfort and financial security when purchasing a home.

With the launch of Al Haseen 6 and Garden Living, Dugasta Properties said it will continue to focus on residential developments offering practical amenities, accessible price points and larger living spaces for Dubai’s mid-market buyers.
