Dubai Government Workshop organizes Happiness Carnival for employees

The Dubai Government Workshop (DGW), in collaboration with the Grand Hyatt Group and other private sector institutions, has organized a Happiness Carnival, that includes interactive shows, lucky draws and fun activities that have been intended to stimulate happiness and positivity across all of its employees.

H.E. Fahad Ahmed Al Raeesi, Deputy CEO, DGW, shared that the Happiness Carnival which aims to build a happy local society demonstrates DGWs commitment to countrys National Happiness Agenda. The move also reaffirms DGWs commitment in creating a positive work environment that can help bolster productivity and contribute to the happiness of its employees, who are considered critical in improving and enhancing government performance and meeting customer needs.

Al Raeesi added: The Happiness Carnival, which is being organized in cooperation with our strategic partners, will help strengthen the collaboration between the public and private sectors, especially in the move to achieve the ultimate aim of making people happy and promoting their wellbeingtop priorities placed by the UAE. All of the events being featured at the carnival are aligned with the goals of the National Happiness and Positivity Charter, which seeks to make the UAE a centre and global destination for happiness.

We will take all the necessary means to heed the directives of our wise leadership to create the worlds happiest work environment in the government sector he added.
DGWs Happiness Carnival this year will also include the unveiling of numerous offerings for DGW employees, which are being provided by participating partners from the private sector. These include special discounts, valuable rewards and lucky draws. Apart from various shows, the carnival will also honor DGW employees for their achievements. Several private clinics, local banks, and fashion, perfume, and electronic outlets will participate in the event.
