DEWA sponsors 4th Ramadan Aman road safety campaign
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) is taking part in the 4th Ramadan Aman road safety campaign, which is organised by the Ajman-based Al Ihsan Charity Association. As part of the initiative, Iftar meals are distributed to drivers on the roads and at traffic intersections at Maghreb prayers during Ramadan, in collaboration with police departments from different Emirates. DEWAs participation in the campaign supports the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to transform the UAE into a hub for charitable and humanitarian work, and promote social service to make citizens and residents happier. DEWAs participation in the 4th Ramadan Aman campaign also supports its robust strategy to strengthen social cohesion among all members of society.
