CXG Appoints Mathieu Sancet as Vice President of Automotive Division to Drive Global Luxury Strategy

CXG, a global leader in luxury customer experience and data-driven consulting, has announced the appointment of Mathieu Sancet as Vice President – Automotive Industry, a move that signals the company’s intensified focus on elevating customer experience within the premium and luxury automotive segment.

With more than 15 years of experience in senior roles across iconic automotive brands, Sancet will now lead CXG’s global automotive strategy. He is tasked with driving growth, enhancing client loyalty, and leading transformation initiatives that fuse data insights with immersive, end-to-end customer journeys.

Sancet’s career began as a Consultant for General Motors in France, followed by leadership roles at BMW Group France and Mercedes-Benz AG in Switzerland, where he steered regional commercial development and strategic operations. He later served as General Manager at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, overseeing performance across the Swiss market. Most recently, he founded his own consultancy firm operating in Dubai and Mauritius, where he advised C-suite executives on business transformation within the automotive industry.

Beyond his corporate experience, Sancet holds a degree in Economics and Business Management Administration, is a licensed airline pilot, and was a member of the Windsurfing France Team, competing in the Olympic Sailing Series.
