Wing Commander Deepak More (Retd) was born into a simple Maharashtrian family. He struggled to get an education because of the tough and difficult conditions around him. At the age of eighteen, he joined the Indian Air Force. He worked in the Air Traffic Control, Radar Control, and Administration departments. He was twice awarded CAS Commendation for his outstanding performance. After serving the Indian Air Force for 21 years, he took pre-release from services.

He later joined the real estate and housing industry. While working in this field, he found that common, genuine n needy person faces many problems while buying affordable but quality homes. They are often robbed too. Always having had a 'pro-consumer attitude', he decided to set up a company that would help such people and thats how 'Commander Estate Developers' was founded.
