Burgan Bank Celebrates its Employees in the Annual IBS Graduation Ceremony

Burgan Bank celebrated its staff members' achievements at the Annual Institute of Banking Studies (IBS) graduation ceremony. The employees effectively ended their training programs at the institute.

Under the patronage of H.E. Mohammad Yousef Al -Hashel, Governor of the Reserve bank of
Kuwait and Chairman of the IBS, the ceremony held in ceremony of its graduates happened recently at the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The 8 workers being celebrated completed different levels and training programs supplied by IBS as part of their career development program; a long term and extremely individualistic program supported by the Human being Resources Department at the Bank.

As he recognized the graduates, Burgan Bank Group Chairman, Mr. Majed E. Al Ajeel and a board member of the Institute of Banking studies, revealed his satisfaction towards the success of the career growth program at the bank which put emphasis on high potential professionals and talents and hence supplied training programs which support their career advancement.

The training programs which the employees had carried out during 2015-2016 were specialized programs in Licensed Credit Monitoring (CCM), Advanced Certificate in Credit Administration (ACCM) and Certified Bank Branch Manager (CBBM).

Ms. Halah El Sherbini, Burgan Bank's Group Chief Person Resources and Development Officer claimed: "We take pride as we congratulate our workers for their devotion and drive to their training programs and their careers.
