ASAS Real Estate introduces residential and commercial plots at Muhadhab in Sharjah

ASAS Real Estate, the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank, has announced the release of residential and commercial plots at Muhadhab in Sharjah, located directly on Emirates Road.

The project offers freehold ownership to buyers of all nationalities, with plots intended for residential, commercial and mixed-use development.

Residential plots start from AED 288,000

The residential plots are designed to give buyers flexibility to build their own homes or pursue property development. The plots can accommodate private villas of up to G+2, with prices starting from AED 288,000 and plot sizes from 2,131 sq. ft.

Commercial plots start from AED 1.1 million

Commercial plots are available from AED 1.1 million, with areas starting from 4,570 sq. ft. They can be developed into G+2 commercial, office and residential buildings, providing options for investors and developers looking at different property uses.

The location directly on Emirates Road provides access to one of the main road corridors connecting Sharjah with other emirates.

Flexible payment and financing options

The plots are available on a freehold basis for buyers of all nationalities. Down payments start from 10%, while payment plans can extend for up to three years.

Buyers can also explore financing solutions offered by Sharjah Islamic Bank.
