AMIS GPD Development partners with Jacob & Co. to build luxury villa community in Meydan, Dubai
AMIS GPD Development, part of the AMIS Group, has entered into a strategic agreement with renowned high watchmaking and high jewellery brand Jacob & Co. to develop a luxury villa community in Meydan, one of Dubai’s most prestigious residential districts.
The agreement was formalised at a signing ceremony held at the AMIS Sales Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road. The event was attended by Jacob Arabo, Founder, Chairman and Creative Director of Jacob & Co.; Neeraj Mishra, Founder and CEO of AMIS GPD Development; and Shah Azim Hameed, shareholder of AMIS GPD Development.
The collaboration brings together AMIS GPD Development’s expertise in high-end real estate and Jacob & Co.’s globally recognised design language and craftsmanship. The planned villa community will be inspired by the artistic heritage of Jacob & Co., blending refined aesthetics with contemporary architecture, advanced technology and premium materials.
