Al Ansari Exchange Honoured in ‘The Elite’ Category at the Emirates Labour Market Award
Al Ansari Exchange, a subsidiary of Al Ansari Financial Services, has been honoured in the prestigious ‘Elite’ category at the third edition of the Emirates Labour Market Award. The award ceremony, organised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), was held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
The recognition took place under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court. The event was attended by H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs, and H.E. Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Chairman of the award’s Supervisory Committee.
Al Ansari Exchange’s achievement highlights its significant contributions to strengthening labour-market compliance, implementing policy-aligned initiatives, and fostering a sustainable work environment grounded in national and global best practices. The company also served as a sponsor for the third edition of the award.
Rashed Ali Al Ansari, Group CEO of Al Ansari Financial Services, received the award in the presence of senior government officials and ministers. He emphasised that the honour reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to empowering Emirati talent and supporting future leadership development.
