Ajman Tourism Development Department Launches German Roadshow to Strengthen Tourism Ties and Promote Emirate’s Offerings
The Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) has embarked on a strategic roadshow across Germany aimed at expanding tourism cooperation and spotlighting Ajman’s appeal as a premier travel destination. Running until May 17, 2025, the roadshow includes stops in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Leipzig, targeting key tourism markets and stakeholders across the country.
Led by H.E. Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, Director-General of ATDD, the tour is a vital part of Ajman’s broader initiative to build long-term partnerships with leading players in the global tourism industry. Through a series of live events, direct business meetings, and promotional activities, the roadshow is designed to enhance awareness of Ajman’s sustainable tourism offerings and position it as a desirable destination for German travelers.
“Our visit to one of the world’s most renowned tourism markets is a testament to our steadfast dedication to reinforcing global partnerships and exploring new paths to highlight Ajman as a tourism hub for unique experiences,” said H.E. Alhashmi. “Ajman is witnessing rapid growth in its tourism and leisure industries, which reflects the success of our ongoing strategy to enhance the emirate’s tourism infrastructure and fulfill the goals of our leadership.”
H.E. Alhashmi emphasized the importance of international cooperation, stating that open communication and collaboration with global tourism players are key to maintaining Ajman’s competitive edge in the region.
A highlight of the roadshow will be a business lunch in Frankfurt on May 14, where senior executives from top tourism firms will gather with representatives of Ajman’s leading hotels, including Ajman Hotel, Ajman Saray, Fairmont Ajman, and Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel.
The tour underscores ATDD’s commitment to expanding its tourism reach, especially in influential markets like Germany. The department also aims to sign several agreements and memoranda of understanding to strengthen bilateral tourism cooperation and showcase the emirate’s latest attractions and projects.
By promoting Ajman’s cultural richness and hospitality offerings, ATDD hopes to solidify the emirate’s presence on the global tourism map and attract a growing number of international visitors.
