ACDelco announces long-term partnership with AutoPro

ACDelco Service Center, a division of General Motors and one of the worlds leading automotive spare parts and services brands, publicized a long-term partnership with AutoPro, that will allow 14 AutoPro sites across Dubai to become authorized ACDelco Service Centers. The brands strategic move will not only expand ACDelco service centres portfolio in the UAE, but will also deliver car owners with a platform to experience high levels of ease and peace of mind in both aftersales auto parts and service from a collective skill of ACDelco and AutoPro.

The statement was made at a signing ceremony held at ENOC headquarters and attended by key representatives from both businesses led by John Roth, President and Managing Director, General Motors Africa and Middle East, Mohammed Al Fayyad, Director of Customer Care and Aftersales at General Motors Africa and Middle East, and Zaid Alqufaidi, Managing Director, ENOC Retail.

The framework contract will see select AutoPro sites in Dubai operate as approved ACDelco service centers, exclusively offering an widespread selection of ACDelcos 90,000 high quality products from across 37 categories. In addition, ACDelco will be involved in developing, maintaining and providing technical support and regular product and service training gatherings to AutoPro staff.

These new centers are part of both companies development strategy that will see a 50 percent upsurge in the number of ACDelco Service Centers open across the Middle East over the next 12 months.
