Software AG recognized the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) for its effective and innovative use of technologies powered by the AG's WebMethods API Management Platform, which helped to transform key processes of power to deliver enhanced customer service experiences.

The award, titled 'Innovation in implementing API Management in Government, is a proof to the authority of Abu Dhabi's commitment to accelerating innovation across the environment to create a digitized government and strengthen Abu Dhabi's position around the world.

The award was presented by Dr. Rauda Al Saadi, General Director of the Digital Authority of Abu Dhabi, Presented by Sanjay Brahmavar, CEO of Software AG.

Over the last two years, the deployment of Software AG's WebMethods API Management platform has enabled the authority to embark on a new digital transformation journey, leading to simplification and accelerate public processes and services in line with the objectives of the Digital Authority of Abu Dhabi to create service excellence.

The ADDA launched TAMM last year, an integrated online services platform that focuses on comprehensive government services with a single portal to drive customer journey.
