30% cut off on Ajman Conciliation and Arbitration Centre Service Fee

A new price list for arbitration and service charges, cutting fees by up to 30% has been issued by the management committee at the Ajman Conciliation and Arbitration Centre a subsidiary of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry

This new pricing aims to ease the burden on the Centres clients and provide quality services that promotes economic growth and helps in establishing an attractive investment environment in the Emirate of Ajman.

The Centre provides specialist services to support economic sectors in Ajman, make sure economic stability, and create a safe and attractive environment for foreign and local investment. It works to promote alternative dispute resolution systems and offers a dedicated platform to settle commercial and investment disputes, according to the international standards and best practices.

Ahmed Khalifa Al-Muwaiji, General Secretary of the Ajman Conciliation and Arbitration Centre said The Centres services provide flexible solutions for resolving commercial disputes, in line with international best practices in the sector. This, in turn, lays the foundations for a safe investment environment, capable of addressing and overcoming all challenges.

The Centre offers dispute resolution services, namely conciliation and arbitration, delivered by highly experienced and specialised arbitrators who abide by straightforward and transparent procedures. The Centre also offers assistance and advisory services to commercial stakeholders, guiding them through the process of formulating the arbitration agreement, educating them about local and international arbitration rules, and appointing arbitrators and experts.
