Our opinion on their products:

We tried their wafers and biscuits from their own brand Lingot, the wafers were thin and crisp with a perfect balance of cream flavour. They were not dry to chew and flavours were not overpowering, but complimenting. The biscuits on the other hand were soft but not too soft to the bite, without much crumbs. The mellow sweetness of the biscuits with the chocolate flavoured cream, did not just make a fantastic pairing, also was the perfect partner to my strong black coffee. All in all, their quality was top notch and the balance of sweetness and flavour was perfect, I personally would make it a permanent pairing with my coffee. Menoya Lingot makes scrumptious baked goods, it is a must try.
