Zulekha Hospital Hosts Refreshing Public Yoga Session No More Excuses Continues with Focussed Events

Zulekha Hospital hosted a second round of health activities as part of their fitness and way of life project, No More Excuses which saw more than 250 individuals and family members participating in their yoga day.

The session was carried out on Friday 21 of April at 7:30 go to Al Nahda Pond Park in Dubai where renowned trainers from the Buhaira Yoga Group lead the participants.

The hospital's Say No More Excuses campaign highlights the relevance of having a healthy and active way of life by hosting occasions that encourage community involvement.
