WakeCap Technologies expands global reach with acquisition of Brazil-based Trackfy

WakeCap Technologies, a Saudi-based project intelligence and control platform trusted by leading construction and industrial firms, has announced the acquisition of Trackfy, a Brazilian company specializing in worker safety and operational tracking solutions.

The acquisition marks a major step in WakeCap’s global expansion strategy, extending its presence into Latin America while enhancing its ability to deliver integrated safety, productivity, and lifecycle management solutions across construction and industrial sectors.

Strengthening global operations and lifecycle integration

Through the acquisition, WakeCap will establish Brazil as its new LATAM headquarters, supporting regional clients and advancing its mission to create smarter, safer worksites.

The move also broadens WakeCap’s scope beyond construction, allowing the company to offer continuous support throughout a facility’s full lifecycle — from initial build through ongoing operations and maintenance. By integrating Trackfy’s operational capabilities, WakeCap can now deliver a single connected solution for managing performance, safety, and workforce visibility long after project completion.
