Venetian Culinary Carnival at Armani Hotel Dubai

A fixture of Venices annual entertainment calendar since the 12th century, enjoy a flavour of Italian carnival in the heart of Downtown Dubai this February with a gastronomic festival that celebrates the regions most classic flavours.

Choose from a four-course menu at Armani/Ristorante featuring seared duck liver with corn polenta and sage chips, buckwheat bigoli with green pea lemon sauce and Venetian style baked duck breast or head to the monochrome chic setting of Armani/Deli for a four-course menu featuring octopus carpaccio, black ink ravioli with buttered cod, slow-cooked duck leg and Venetian style dried fruit doughnuts.
