Level 43 Sky Lounge Welcomes Revitalised Leadership Team for 2026

Level 43 Sky Lounge, the rooftop venue at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, has entered 2026 with a refreshed leadership team aimed at strengthening its culinary, beverage and overall guest experience.

The venue, known for its panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline and its relaxed yet lively rooftop atmosphere, continues to position itself as a key destination for after-work gatherings, sunset drinks and social evenings. The newly appointed management team brings extensive regional and international hospitality experience, supporting the lounge’s focus on consistency, innovation and service quality.

At the helm is Algimantas Prokopovich, who has been appointed General Manager. With more than 15 years of experience across the Middle East’s hospitality and nightlife sector, Prokopovich is recognised for overseeing high-volume venues, delivering award-winning concepts and driving operational performance. His leadership approach centres on guest satisfaction, team development and creating engaging social experiences.

Commenting on the appointment, Prokopovich said the focus for the year ahead is on delivering an energetic and welcoming experience while building on the venue’s established reputation and introducing fresh ideas that appeal to both loyal patrons and new audiences.

The culinary direction of Level 43 Sky Lounge will be led by Chef de Cuisine Nour Achdhiansyah, who brings over 13 years of experience in luxury hospitality across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. With a background in international and Asian-inspired cuisine, Chef Nour is expected to further refine the menu with flavour-driven dishes designed for sharing and social dining, while maintaining consistency and quality.

Strengthening the beverage offering is Shyam Mohan, appointed Head of Bar Operations. Mohan has worked with several of Dubai’s well-known hospitality brands and brings expertise in bar operations, menu development and guest engagement. His role will focus on enhancing the bar programme through innovative activations, premium product curation and operational efficiency.

The new leadership team is expected to enhance multiple aspects of the venue, including menu development, service standards, entertainment programming and overall ambience. As Dubai’s hospitality scene continues to evolve, Level 43 Sky Lounge aims to maintain its position as one of the city’s established rooftop venues by combining quality food and beverages with a welcoming urban atmosphere.
