University of Dubai launches Future CEO programme for executives pursuing leadership goals

The University of Dubai has revealed the launch of the 'Future CEO' program, bringing together senior executives from varied backgrounds and industries in a groundbreaking experiential learning programme.

Announcing the programme during its 2016 CEO Dinner event at the university's new campus at Academic City, Dr. Eesa M. Bastaki, President of University of Dubai, prompted CEOs to take motivation from the UAE leaders, whose distinct management design has been endorsed by individuals all over the world for their capability to increase innovation, progress and prosperity.

The CEO Dinner event was gone to by more than 100 individuals, including CEOs, presidents and managers.

Esme Alfred, Global Manager of CEO Institute in Australia congratulated University of Dubai for introducing the programme and assured the full assistance of the CEO Institute to develop the very best future CEOs in UAE.

In a keynote address, Fahem Al Nuaimi, CEO of Ankabut, UAE Advance Network for Research and Education in Abu Dhabi, stressed the need to develop and train CEOs with the ability of playing an efficient role in the development of the country.

Ala Mikdadi, the first certified Future CEO in UAE, provided details of the 'Future CEO' programme and discussed how the unique certificate can assist managers widen their expert and employment possibility.

University of Dubai and The CEO Institute, an Australian based institute, signed just recently an MOU to offer the Future CEO programme and certify eligible candidates. The accreditation course is designed to create future business leaders and gear up next-generation leaders with the abilities, knowledge and contacts to take on challenges and manage development.

The Future CEO programme is an unique development forum that provides executives pursuing leadership objectives an integrated learning model that offers a mix of facilitated and experiential learning.. The programme enables members to enhance their existing management and leadership skills to fast lane their profession capacity.

On the other hand, throughout its yearly Ph.D. dinner arranged just recently, University of Dubai showcased its dedication to providing world-class research-based education in the UAE.
