The project has reached 40% construction progress in only four months since its launch, underscoring TownX’s consistent track record of rapid delivery and strong execution.

Situated in Arjan, Ashley Hills is a flagship residential community featuring 616 units across 400,000 square feet of sellable area. The development offers a variety of spacious, contemporary apartments designed to meet the needs of families and investors seeking sustainable, modern living in one of Dubai’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.

Rapid Construction Progress Across Key Phases

TownX confirmed significant advancements across multiple construction stages, including:

• Site mobilization and enabling works

• Piling, foundations, and substructure completion

• Superstructure and internal works in progress

• External envelope and building services underway

• Internal finishes progressing steadily, with external works and infrastructure scheduled to commence in the coming months.

In August 2025, TownX appointed Ocean Stone as the main contractor. Known for its expertise in large-scale residential projects, Ocean Stone has played a critical role in ensuring steady progress and adherence to the construction schedule.
