Deyaar Development PJSC has reported strong financial results for the first half of 2026, with net profit before tax rising 26% year-on-year to AED 336.1 million, reflecting steady operational performance and continued progress across its development portfolio.

The Dubai-listed real estate developer also recorded a 3% increase in total revenue, which reached AED 952.6 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with AED 925.4 million during the same period last year.

Second Quarter Delivers Stronger Growth

During the second quarter of 2026, Deyaar reported net profit before tax of AED 188.3 million, representing a 28% increase from AED 146.8 million recorded in the corresponding quarter of 2025.

The company said the results reflect stable growth while maintaining profitability and advancing multiple projects through various stages of development.

With several developments currently under active construction, Deyaar enters the second half of the year with a well-covered project backlog and a clearly defined delivery schedule, providing greater visibility for future earnings as projects move from launch to completion.

CEO Highlights Long-Term Strategy

Commenting on the results, Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, Chief Executive Officer of Deyaar, said the company's performance continues to be driven by disciplined planning, execution and project delivery rather than short-term market fluctuations.

He noted that Dubai's real estate sector benefits from strong regulatory foundations, sustained government investment and a long-term national economic strategy, creating a stable environment for growth.

Al Qatami said Deyaar's objective is to translate these structural advantages into long-term shareholder value through disciplined project execution and prudent financial management.

Focus on Delivery and Balance Sheet Strength

Looking ahead, Al Qatami said the company's priorities for the second half of 2026 include completing ongoing developments, advancing its project pipeline at a measured pace and maintaining a strong balance sheet.

He added that this strategy positions Deyaar to enter 2027 with a growing portfolio of maturing projects capable of contributing at scale as Dubai's property market continues to expand.

ESG and Community Recognition

Alongside its financial performance, Deyaar received recognition for its environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives during the reporting period.

The company was honoured at the MEA Business Achievements Awards with both the ESG Excellence Award and the Outstanding Community Impact and Engagement Award.

The awards recognise Deyaar's partnerships with the Dubai Club for People of Determination and the Emirates Down Syndrome Association, initiatives that the company said form an integral part of its long-term value creation strategy by promoting inclusion and community engagement alongside business growth.
