Tomorrow World appoints Savills as exclusive cost consultant for Dubai projects
Tomorrow World Real Estate Development has appointed Savills, one of the world’s top five commercial real estate advisory firms, as its exclusive cost consultant for all current and future projects in Dubai. The strategic partnership underscores Tomorrow World’s commitment to raising development standards while supporting long-term, sustainable growth across its portfolio.
The appointment was formalised during a signing ceremony held at Savills’ office in Arenco Tower, Sufouh 2, attended by senior representatives from both organisations. Tomorrow World was represented by Xu Ma, Chairman; Yuan Zhou, Operation Director; and Fiona Fu, Chairman’s Assistant. Savills’ delegation included Stuart Healey, Cost Management Regional Director, and Justin Ng, Cost Management Director.
Through this collaboration, Savills will oversee comprehensive cost management services, ensuring rigorous control across design, specification, and execution stages. The partnership reflects Tomorrow World’s strategic approach to real estate development, positioning cost management as a critical pillar in delivering high-quality, reliable, and market-responsive projects.
