Temporary Closure of Al Jamea and Al Muzawwad Roads from July 26 for Infrastructure Works
The UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has announced the temporary closure of Al Jamea Road and Al Muzawwad Road at the Al Badia intersection towards Dubai (Emirates Road) starting from 1am on Saturday, July 26, until 5am on Monday, July 28.
This closure is part of ongoing development projects aimed at enhancing the region’s infrastructure and traffic capacity.
During the maintenance period, traffic will be diverted via Al Houshi Bridge on Maliha Road, heading west. The ministry has advised motorists to plan their journeys in advance, use alternative routes, and follow all posted diversion signs to avoid delays.
The Ministry issued an apology for any inconvenience the closure may cause and extended its thanks to the public for their cooperation in helping maintain smooth traffic flow during the works.
