Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africas first and largest low-cost carrier, today announced today that it will begin regular direct services to Tbilisi, Georgia, from October 28, 2014. Tiblisi is Air Arabias 100th global destination.

The capital and largest city of Georgia, Tbilisi, located in the beautiful Caucasus Mountains, is home to 1.5 million people. An increasingly popular tourism destination, the city is the social and economic centre of Georgia. The country has a vibrant history and, due to its location at the crossroads of Eastern Europe and Western Asia, offers a rich tapestry of different cultures brought together under a single flag over the last millennium.

Air Arabia will fly twice weekly to Tbilisi from its primary Sharjah International Airport hub on Tuesdays and Fridays at 13:00, arriving at Tbilisi International Airport at 16:30 that afternoon. Return flights will depart Tbilisi on the same days at 17:10 and arrive in Sharjah at 20:20.
