SBR, a fast-growing Saudi start-up specializing in AI-powered HR technologies, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jisr, one of the Kingdom’s leading human resources and financial management platforms. The partnership aims to transform recruitment processes by providing companies with advanced AI-driven solutions that improve candidate selection, reduce hiring time and costs, and enhance overall recruitment outcomes.

Founded by Saleh Baarmah and Hamzah Bawazir, SBR leverages artificial intelligence to streamline candidate evaluation, standardize hiring criteria, and minimize human bias. The platform’s “Know Your Candidate” approach goes beyond traditional CVs, offering employers a detailed assessment of skills, competencies, and potential fit.

A spokesperson from SBR highlighted the significance of the MoU, stating: “This agreement will help companies reduce wasted time and costs, and rely on precise data to select the right talent.” The start-up launched its prototype in mid-August with over 20 companies and expects the partnership with Jisr to further expand AI-driven hiring solutions across Saudi Arabia, supporting youth employment and the nation’s digital transformation under Vision 2030.

The SBR team, composed of analysts, data scientists, developers, and growth managers, aims to position the platform as a globally competitive Saudi tech solution while contributing to a smarter, more efficient recruitment ecosystem in the Gulf region.
