Sankari has officially broken ground on its landmark project, Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place, located in the prestigious Marasi Marina district. This milestone represents not only a significant achievement for Sankari but also a historic moment for the Regent brand under IHG Hotels & Resorts, as it marks the first standalone Regent-branded residential development in the world.

Following the successful completion of enabling works by Dutch Foundations, Al Basti & Muktha LLC (ABM) has been appointed as the main contractor for the AED 1 billion construction contract. The project is scheduled for completion within 34 months, setting the stage for a new era of luxury waterfront living in Dubai.
