The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced that the purchase of Salik subscription tags will be online through the Toll Gate's Portal (www.salik.gov.ae). A project is being started today through a number of Arab & foreign radio & digital channels to ensure the new service. The media campaign will start today (Tuesday Feb 9) through the radio up to Feb 22 and the digital campaign will start from today (Tuesday Feb 9) approximately March.

The service is offered as part of RTA's efforts to make its services more easily accessible to users and appropriately add to understanding its 3rd strategic goal of making individuals happier. It likewise indicates a practical implementation of the Dubai Government initiative: The Smart City.

Engineer Maitha bin Udai, CEO of RTA's Traffic & Roads Firm said: "This initiative is intended to satisfy the needs of roadway users meaning to purchase Salik tags.
