Quickerr by Choithrams Brings Everyday Convenience to Dubai Metro

Choithrams has launched its new Quickerr by Choithrams convenience format across four stations on Dubai Metro's Green Line, introducing a faster shopping option for commuters and residents.

The new concept is designed around quick-purchase missions, offering customers easy access to everyday essentials while travelling across the city. The rollout will eventually extend to 28 Dubai Metro stations through a phased expansion.

Convenience Designed for Commuters

Unlike traditional Choithrams supermarkets, which offer a broader grocery selection, Quickerr focuses on a curated range of products suited to customers who need to shop quickly.

The stores feature fresh food, grab-and-go products, beverages and everyday essentials, with a layout designed to help commuters complete purchases with minimal disruption to their journeys.

The launch forms part of Choithrams' broader strategy to bring its retail offering closer to customers in locations where they live, work and travel.

Expanding Beyond Traditional Supermarkets

Quickerr builds on Choithrams' expansion into convenience-focused retail. In 2022, the company announced a partnership in Dubai's hotel sector that introduced eight 24-hour convenience stores serving hotel guests, tourists and nearby residents.

The Metro rollout represents another step in adapting the company's neighbourhood retail model to changing consumer habits and daily routines.

Mark Mortimer-Davies, CEO of Choithrams, said the Quickerr concept reflects the company's focus on staying close to customers and responding to how their lifestyles are changing.

He described the expansion across the Dubai Metro network as an important milestone in bringing Choithrams' products and services closer to people throughout the city.

Quickerr to Reach 28 Metro Stations

The phased rollout will bring Quickerr stores to 28 Dubai Metro stations. The Metro locations will also offer exclusive combo deals to members of Choithrams' BOUNZ loyalty programme.

The format is intended to serve a range of everyday shopping needs, from picking up breakfast before work and buying a quick meal to purchasing essential items during the journey home.

With its focus on speed and accessibility, Quickerr is positioned to complement Dubai's increasingly integrated public transport and retail environment while providing commuters with another convenient way to complete everyday purchases.
