Help AG, the cybersecurity arm of e&, has achieved CyberForce Security Operations Centre (SOC) certification from the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC), strengthening its position in sovereign cybersecurity and managed security services.

The certification makes Help AG one of the first organisations to complete all three CyberForce certifications, following its earlier recognition for Incident Response and Penetration Testing services.

The latest certification independently validates Help AG's SOC capabilities across areas including personnel, processes, governance, monitoring and incident response. These capabilities support the company's Managed Security Services (MSS) offering and demonstrate compliance with Dubai's cybersecurity requirements for adaptive security operations.

Certification strengthens sovereign security capabilities

The recognition is expected to support Help AG's ability to provide cybersecurity services to government entities, critical infrastructure operators and large enterprises.

The company said the certification reflects its continued focus on cybersecurity governance, operational resilience and service maturity as organisations adopt increasingly interconnected and intelligent digital technologies.

Dr Aleksandar Valjarevic, Acting Chief Executive Officer at Help AG, described the certification as a significant milestone and said it validates the expertise and service standards behind the company's managed security offering.

He highlighted the growing need for cybersecurity capabilities that can protect increasingly complex digital environments, including sovereign AI deployments and emerging agentic AI systems. According to Valjarevic, Help AG's in-country sovereign SOC combines automation with local expertise to support organisations adopting new technologies while maintaining operational control and resilience.

Supporting the UAE's AI-first ambitions

Abdulla Ebrahim Al Ahmed, Chief Government & VVIP Relations Officer at e& UAE, said trust, resilience and security are essential to the UAE's digital development.

He noted that the certification demonstrates Help AG's sovereign cybersecurity capabilities while supporting e& UAE's wider efforts to provide secure and future-ready technology services as the country advances its AI-focused ambitions.

As organisations increasingly depend on intelligent systems, cybersecurity infrastructure is becoming an important foundation for protecting critical services, supporting innovation and maintaining confidence across the digital ecosystem.

Help AG operates SOCs in Dubai and Riyadh

Help AG operates two Security Operations Centres in Dubai and Riyadh, providing 24-hour threat monitoring, analysis and incident response services.

The company has a regional team of around 200 cybersecurity analysts, defenders and engineers focused on Managed Security Services.

According to Help AG, its regional SOCs have processed and analysed more than 32 trillion security events to date and handled more than 300,000 incidents during the past year.

The CyberForce SOC certification adds to the company's existing CyberForce recognitions and reinforces its focus on sovereign cybersecurity operations as organisations across the region navigate an increasingly complex threat environment.
