In his new role, Bowie will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for MRI Software’s global client support and success teams. His responsibilities will include strengthening client experience across regions, improving visibility into client health, developing long-term relationships and supporting customer satisfaction and retention.

Bowie to Continue Leading Asia Pacific Business

During his tenure, he helped expand the company's regional presence while supporting client and revenue growth through a client-focused strategy centred on operational excellence and innovation.

Alongside his new responsibilities as Chief Client Officer, Bowie will continue serving as Executive Managing Director for Asia Pacific.

His appointment forms part of a broader series of leadership changes at MRI Software aimed at strengthening the company's approach to innovation, revenue growth and client success.

The company recently appointed a Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Revenue Officer as it works to align its leadership structure with changing customer requirements and accelerate the development and adoption of new capabilities across its AI-powered platform.

Focus on Client Success and Technology Adoption

Patrick Ghilani, Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software, said strong client relationships have been central to the company's success and highlighted Bowie's record of developing high-performing teams and maintaining long-term customer partnerships.

Ghilani added that Bowie's leadership will help MRI strengthen product adoption, maintain a stronger focus on client success and deliver greater long-term value to customers as the company expands globally and increases investment in innovation.

Bowie said clients across the real estate sector are navigating rapid changes and require technology partners that understand their businesses and can help them achieve measurable outcomes.

Extensive Experience in Technology and Analytics

Before joining MRI Software, Bowie spent nearly two decades with data analytics and artificial intelligence company SAS.

He served as Vice President and Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, where he led the business through growth, market expansion and transformation.

Earlier in his career, Bowie held leadership positions at IBM and Dimension Data, following the start of his professional career at PwC.

Bowie also serves on the board of the RiSE Initiative Australia, an organisation focused on raising awareness and education around mental health and wellness within the real estate industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from the University of New England and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
