Media Leader Hassan Fattah Joins ASDAA Burson-Marsteller as Managing Director

ASDA'A Burson-Marsteller, the leading Middle East Public Relations agency, has announced that Hassan Fattah, the previous editor-in-chief of The National newspaper and a senior executive with Brunswick Group, has joined the Company as Managing Director. He will give senior advise to regional corporate and government clients, along with drive the firm's brand-new business and natural development in the GCC and wider Middle East.

Fattah was a partner with Brunswick Group from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, Fattah functioned as director of communications at GEMS Education, where he assisted reorganise the company's communications, launching brand-new branding and narrative for the world's biggest exclusive education company.

As a journalist, Fattah covered the transforming characteristics of the Middle East for a few of the world's most noticeable papers, consisting of a lengthy stint as the Middle East correspondent for The New York Times. In 2007, Fattah helped release The National, the regional English-language newspaper released in Abu Dhabi, and served as editor-in-chief of the paper in between 2009 and 2013.

Fluent in Arabic and English, he holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters in Scientific research from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
