Masarat Mobility Park welcomes FPI Gulf as anchor tenant for advanced automotive parts manufacturing

Masarat Mobility Park has entered into a landmark development lease agreement with Fortune Parts Industry Gulf (FPI Gulf) to establish a state-of-the-art automotive parts manufacturing facility within its premises. The announcement, made during the PIF Private Sector Forum 2026, marks a key milestone in the Park’s mission to advance Saudi Arabia’s automotive manufacturing sector in line with Vision 2030.

FPI Gulf — a joint venture between Thailand’s FPI Group and Saudi-based Fuel Autoparts Company — will build and operate a production facility at Masarat Mobility Park, located within the King Salman Automotive Cluster at King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC). The new facility will strengthen the Kingdom’s automotive supply chain and contribute to the localization of high-value manufacturing.

The facility will specialize in producing and distributing automotive components using advanced plastic injection molding, chrome plating, and painting technologies. It will cater to both local and international Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), ensuring a steady supply of high-quality parts and components for Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing automotive sector.
