Major Developers has entered into a strategic construction partnership with New System Engineering LLC (NSE) for its upcoming luxury project, Manta Bay, located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The agreement designates NSE as the main contractor for the high-end waterfront development.

The partnership reflects Major Developers’ continued focus on delivering premium real estate projects through collaborations with experienced engineering firms. NSE, a well-established name in the UAE’s construction sector, brings over 20 years of experience in executing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and international standards.

NSE is led by General Manager and Partner Imad Eddin Khalil, whose leadership has helped the company complete numerous large-scale projects across the UAE. The firm's selection as a construction partner underlines Major Developers’ commitment to ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery for Manta Bay.

Major Developers’ CEO, Andrei Charapenak, commented on the alliance, stating that successful development goes beyond design and location—it relies heavily on the execution quality and the team behind it.
