London Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) grants fellowship certificate to UAE Minister of Infrastructure Development

His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Infrastructure Development and Chairman of the Federal Transport Authority Land and Maritime, has as of late received a fellowship certificate from the renowned London Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
